Evening Yoga with Joy

Class fee: $44.00 for Members, $84.00 for Non-Members (includes $5 day fee).
Minimum # participants = 5 Maximum # participants = 12
Drop-in rate, per class: $6.50 for Members, $11.50 for Non-Members.
Hatha Nighttime Yoga classes are done in a low-lit, quiet room focusing on a relaxed setting to bring you out of work mode and into more relaxed state. The class starts with breath awareness, bringing focus to your body so you may find a good comfortable stretch. Variations will be taught to meet the different levels of students within this class. Every body is different, so every pose may not look the same on each person. We end with visualization and meditation in order to help you take the blissful feeling of yoga with you. Reminder – please do not eat 1 hour prior to class.
(Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes, bring water, and a yoga mat.)

About the instructor:
Joy has had 12 years experience in the fitness field; starting as a personal trainer. She is nationally certified through A.C.E. , and has been a professional member of I.D.E.A. since 1995. Joy’s passion for helping people become healthier has led her to include yoga as a core staple to her fitness routine – and she has an extensive background in different disciplines of yoga study; using yoga principles & techniques in her teaching style and in her personal training.
