Core Exercise Class
Cost per class: $7.00 for Members $12.00 for Non-Members (includes $5 day fee),
This class will focus on strengthening our body’s powerhouse, including all the muscles of the abdominal region as well as the back and gluteals. The core muscles make it possible to stand upright and move on two feet, and help control movements, transfer energy, shift body weight & move in any direction. A strong core can help reduce back pain and maintain appropriate posture. Come join us for a great hour of exercise and fun—stability balls are welcome but not mandatory.
Minimum # students: 7
Rick is a Certified Personal Trainer (American College of Sports Medicine), and a Certified Cancer Exercise Trainer (American Cancer Society).
