Chair Yoga to Relax & Stretch

Fee per class: $7.00 for Members, $12.00 for Non-Members (includes $5 day fee).
Minimum Participants = 4, Maximum = 10.
In this easy level class, simple Yoga and breathing exercises help to relax and stretch the nuscles, decrease pain and stiffness, calm the mind and improve memory power.
A great way to learn yoga, stretch the muscles and relax the mind. Starting with breathing exercises and gentle stretches, we will strengthen the core muscles and improve range of motion of the joints. A series of classes will help to improve flexibility of muscles and joints, increase mobility, decrease stiffness and pain. Come have fun!
About the instructor: Gandhi is a certified yoga teacher (RYT=200), laughter yoga leader; and teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga & Chair Yoga. Her focus is on proper breathing techniques and core exercises to tone and relax the body as well as bring tranquility to the mind. Students brand new to yoga are warmly welcomed.
