There are now mostly diet and lifestyle changes that are showing success in preventing the onset of cognitive decline and in many cases reversing memory problems and other cognitive changes.  Many of these lifestyle changes also contribute to healthy aging.  Learn about the latest science and what steps you can do to improve brain health and reduce your chances of memory loss and other cognitive problems.

 

This seminar will be an overview and more details on healthy aging skills will be provided in a set of 5 workshops starting Monday, July 17, 6 to 7:30 pm at the Adult Center. Workshop brochures/costs are available in the Adult Center Lobby.  Please RSVP at (928) 460-4811.

The package cost for all 5 sessions is $99 per person or $149 per couple (share books). Session package includes textbook, workbooks and healthy snacks.
